Introduction:
There is a certain puzzle about the grace of God and it unfolds in life. God guides us one step at a time

Transition:
Let’s glean from the lives of Naomi and Ruth a better understanding of how grace operates in life.
I. From the Gleanings of Grace (1-14)
II. To the Handfuls of Purpose (16-23)

Conclusion:
From Ruth Chapter 2, we learn these truths:
1. Character does not live by chance but by the providence of God. We can either live in faith and obedience to Him or we can stumble on our own.
2. Character will always attract character. We need to stop and see what we are attracting in life!
3. Character will always be rewarded by grace, “handfuls of purpose”.
